Overall it was an enjoyable stay for a vacation. The personnel was willing to help. The room was perfect and neat on first floors, I had a good rest. Convenient location and very very helpful and excellent staff were a definite plus. A bakery and gift stores were right next door.

The hotel is clean, provides with tidy rooms. It has lovely views and offers free breakfasts. All the staff members are outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice.

Great choice for vacation. Well-maintained and absolutely great hotel with awesome views over the bay. The location excellent and unbeatable to castaway bay. And near to a waterpark for there birthday, indoor water park, and the ferry and theme park. Fantastic, spacious rooms and clean amenities. Exceptionally comfortable beds in the rooms.

The position of the hotel was marvellous and awesome, down the water slides.

The breakfast was above average and lovely, the check in was early. The room was reasonably large and huge with 2 queen size beds when upgraded. Attentive and knowledgeable staff that was willing to help. It was in a good and unbeatable location right by restaurants shopping and attractions, amusement park, and indoor water parks.

The rooms are neat and have lovely views of the bay outside our room. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, by the bay after enjoying the waterpark with the family.

Location - marvellous, very close to Park and restaurants and cedar point, water park and the food area. Breakfast was above average and lovely and the room was perfect. Good choice of outstanding options for meal.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to other interesting attractions and fairly close to most restaurants. It is also so close to the amusement park, which is a major plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the towel supply in the waterpark is great.

I loved this hotel. It was fairly clean and the staff were accommodating and polite, beds were comfortable.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The waterpark had strict rules for kids' safety, but they were not provided beforehand. The outside pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Convenient location to a restaurant. a decent place to stay.
